GNS and Manly are combining to field an U15 team in the Sydney wide Metro competition in 2018.
The Metro comp is the top age group comp in Sydney.
To be eligible to trial you must:
- Be registered with either Manly or GNS Juniors prior to the trial on the 7th March. Registrations will close at 2pm on Weds 7th March. No late registrations will be accepted.
- If playing rep hockey you must be playing with a NSBHA team. Exemption will be given if NSBHA are not running a team in that age group.
In Addition, Metro level is the highest level available for junior players in the Sydney area. It therefore requires a high level of commitment from its players to attend the majority of training sessions and comp games.
You will also be required to travel and play at least one game in the Sutherland Shire on a Friday night.
If you are unable to commit to a high level of attendance due to other extra-curricular activities that would take priority, then please consider carefully before registering to trial.
